Ramps and steps, up and down in the low to mid Beta range for the next 12 minutes. Then ramps down to 7.2 Hz over 3 minutes and remains there at the end of the session. There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
