Reynolds’ writing style is personal and easy-to-read, and the concepts within are potentially life-altering. In stark contrast to the Western approaches of therapy, which sometimes dwell on feelings and the past, this book presents what for many is a refreshingly different approach of practical living: things that you can do every day that provide a method to live constructively, even if your feelings are telling you otherwise. This is called “constructive living.” The ideas in this book and the others that he has written on the subject have changed me and my life, and I recommend this book (and buy it as a gift) for many of my friends.
