Description

This TRX workout came with the pack, its a good beginners workout with plenty of information and a good all over fat burn and tone.the workout consist’s of the following exercises, each done for 30 seconds with transition time kept to a minimum, the cardio sprint at the end should be a maximum effort and i recommend using burpees or skipping (double unders)1- Automic oblique push-ups2- Side plank with rotations left side3- Side plank with rotations right side4- sprinter start with hop left side5- sprinter start with hop right side6- deep angle chest press7- single leg squat with hop right side8- single leg squat with hop left side9- kneeling roll out10- T+Y deltiod fly11- Back row12- Hamstring curl13- Cardio sprintthen rest 2mins and repeatrounds depend on fitness but aim for 2-4
