But when you start thinking deeply about mind maps, you will realize that they are like doodles – meaningless scribbles to get your pen working. No matter how many times you look at a mind-doodle, it will give you nothing, because insight has no connection to doodling.The theme of this book is denial of reality as a pathway to peace of mind. But denial is un-ending hard work for no return other than greater superficiality. The only way to make your life better is to face your unpleasant realities head-on. It is not fun, but it is the only action that will work to take away their power over your life. Burying them underneath “spiritual intelligence” only serves to guide them into silent, hidden destruction of your health.
