Skillfull communication We offer a DVD version of the two-day seminar held by Frank Pucelik 2 and 3 December 2006, in St. Petersburg, and organized training center “AlfaLider.” Training objective – to increase the effectiveness of managers and supervisors in understanding and effective administration skills communication interaction that are inherent in the most highly productive people who are in leadership positions.
