It has been converted to Audiostrobe, so therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.This session is ideal for use just after waking up. Starting at 6.5 Hz the session rises to the low Beta region. Towards the end it descends into low Theta for a few minutes before rapidly rising to 28 Hz for an awakened state. There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
