Steps up to 10 Hz for 4 minutes and then another step down to 10 Hz for 3 minutes. Then steps down to 8 Hz for 3 minutes before rising to 13 Hz for the remainder of the session. There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
