There was no tape included with the “Teaching Self-Hypnosis in One Session ” () so i edited out the audio of the tape he plays in the video and and added emerging from the ultra height file so now it should be a complete tape!Hope you find it useful!Nothing happens for the first 20 seconds, that’s the time when you should enter self hypnosis.You need to watch the video first!!!Method For Using Deepening Tape1. Get into a SAFE and COMFORTABLE position.2. Press PLAY button on your tape recorder.3  Raise and lower your index finger. DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF A TIME LIMIT, THETAPE WILL EMERGE YOU. TURN YOUR LIGHT SWITCH OFF. Drop into a deepstate of hypnosis, and just follow the instructions on the tape.3.
