Description

These two files are for use with or without headphones, you don’t need headphones because of the isochronic tones used for altering brainwaves, these files were found on a site which I no longer seem to have a bookmark for.  So, instead of a description, I’ll give a short review.Nature Sounds and Running water, with tones embedded audibly.  I personally don’t prefer hearing Nature sounds, except water(sometimes), but these files seem not to bug me too much.  I’ve had a lot of experience with mind altering using sounds, and I can say these work pretty well compared to most files floating around, the guy that made them apparently knew something about what he was doing.  I didn’t have any Kundalini experience because of these, but it does have an effect on energy flow, you can feel energy start to flow in a .. I guess you could say “different” way.  Sometimes these made me feel kinda pumped up, other times I kept my naturally calm state, and other times I kinda tranced out a little.  Not sure what made the difference, I didn’t keep a scientific journal or anything for study.Falling asleep to these also has an interesting effect, though they aren’t meant to put you to sleep, quite the opposite.  I enjoy doing things the wrong way though, so I used these to put myself to sleep a few times, and noticed interested perceptual changes to my dreams.320kbps MP3, so the quality is high, enjoy experimenting.
