As long as you focus on nutrient density and food quality instead of quantity, you don’t need to count calories or anything else. Eat plenty of colorful, fibrous veggies, fill-up on hearty portions of proteins, and round it out with whole-food fats. Eat food that was recently alive and well.2High-Performance Training Woman or man, if you want a sexy body, get your lift on and build some muscle.
