One is the 13 Steps to Radical Forgiveness process which you may already have experienced since many thousands of them have been distributed. This is a process you use in the moment when an upset arises within you. It only takes a few minutes to do but it is enormously effective.The other process is one that you almost certainly will not have experienced unless you have worked with a Radical Forgiveness coach since it has never been offered on a CD before.
