Artwork and a listening sequence has been added for ease. Where the original Holosync requires yo to queue up two tracks, I have combined the relevant ’Dive’ and ‘Immersion’ tracks so you only need one file for each level and each listening period.Starting with Prologue, listen to 1.1 daily for two weeks. Keep to a routine of the same time and place to assist you with the discipline required for meditation. The first half of track Prologue 1.1 can be listened to passively but it is recommended that you sit or lie down to relax while focussing on your breathing and pushing thoughts out of your mind. A good tip for the latter is to imagine that each thought is a cloud and it will move on through the wind. The second half of Prologue 1.1 must be be listened to while you are concentrating on the audio. This is where your meditative practice is being developed. Prologue 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 can be listened to as you please as they are targeted at specific tasks: sleep, reading/study and creative thinking/problem solving.After two weeks begin with Awakening and follow a disciplined meditative routine, i.e. no passive listening. and work through tracks 1.1 – 4.4, listening to each one for a period of four weeks. Over time the audio becomes more advance and (as with all good things) the benefits come over time and with habitual practice.At the end of Awakening you can move onto Purification and follow the same listening cycle, then onto Flowering, again with the same listening cycle. I should mention that the only track in the entire course with any form of subliminal messaging is Purification 1.5 Gamma Compassion. This is a bonus track which can be listened to as you please, but only once you’ve finished Purification 1.4. The affirmations are as follows:”May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from suffering. May my friends be well. May my friends be happy. May my friends be free from suffering. May those beings I do not personally know be well. My those beings I do not personally know be happy. May those beings I do not personally know be free from suffering. May those I’ve thought to be enemies be well. I help others.” Furthermore, from Purification 3.1 onwards the audio switches to waves rather than rain and bells. The carrier frequencies remain unchanged and there are no affirmations throughout the whole course, save for Purification 1.5 as mentioned above.It will take 64 weeks to complete each level but note that this is a slightly compressed guide. The original Holosync instructions require six weeks of listening for each track across all levels, save for Flowering which requires eight weeks for each level. Having personally completed the entire course spending four weeks on each one it is more than sufficient to realise the benefits that are gained from deep meditative practice.
