LeBanner also demonstrates how to tape your hands.Then the demonstrations begin:Punches- jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts and body shots.Elbow strikes from various angles.Parries, blocks and dodges for all kinds of punches and kicks, including grabs and countering.Combos.Briefly, clinching and knee strikes.Examples are replayed in slow motion repeatedly and are clear to follow. The voiceover is in French, but there isn’t much of it and the video speaks for itself.
