These are training intervals made by myself to use with various High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit)Also includes a mp3 by Workout muse to use with the mens health and Funk Roberts Spartacus workoutIntervals Mp3’s are as follows7 x 5min rounds with 1 min rest, single bell every 30’s incase you want to change exercises, a triple bell signals end of exercise and start of rest period, then to restart.60/15 x 11 rounds Kickfit – this has 11 rounds of 1min with 15’s of rest betweenno Excuse (4,6,8,10) these 4 mp3’s all have the same principle, depending on which 1 you do we will use the 4 as an example, You pick 4 exercise’s and do each for 1min, then 45’s, then 30’s then 15’s no rest in between (this workout was made popular by Ross Enamait) i added the 6,8 and 10 exercise versions to increase the challenge ( all these have a 10’s intro before the exercise time starts with a bell)Finally there is the workout muse Spartacus workout used in conjunction with the workouts made famous by Mens Health and Funk Roberts, google or youtube them.any questions on how to use them or exercise ideas for the upmost intensity then please message methese are all my work and music wont be to every1’s taste but it saves using a stop watch, made with cool edit pro
