Description

Comment: I’d known about these books for a number of years but not gone near them because new age spirituality isn’t my cup of tea. When I had a chance to get the first volume for free, I decided to take a look.  What a fascinating read!  The books have spurred a back-to-the-land movement in Russia and elsewhere. From another reader via Amazon:Quote:The Ringing Cedars series of books cannot really be described in the usual book review terms. The books are fascinating, mind bending, inspiring, frustrating, and disturbing all at once. You will find yourself wondering if Anastasia, the woman who inspired the books, is real, and if so, whether she is human, or perhaps some woodland faery. Is it really possible for a woman to have lived essentially alone in the Siberian forest since she was a toddler, with animals bringing her food and obeying her every whim? And even if it is possible, how would she know human history, predict the future, and observe the activities of people all over the world? Is it possible, as Anastasia says, that all humans have the same potential? These questions and more will surely cross your mind as you read the amazing account of the author’s encounters with Anastasia. Yet, if you are like most readers, you will find yourself enthralled. Her advice on gardening and child rearing is inspiring, yet so radically different from the direction our technological world is moving. Intuitively, many of us know that our disconnection from nature is making us sick, both physically and mentally. Could healing the human race be as simple as Anastasia claims? Will holding seeds in our mouth program plants to create medicine that is individually ideal for each of us? Can we raise genius children simply by allowing them to explore the world of nature in a 2 1/2 acre paradise created by the parents? Enough people must think so for the books to have hit the best seller list in Russia without any advertising, or even a publisher! And who are Anastasia’s grandfathers? What is their connection with what Anastasia calls the “dark forces?” They seem wise, but can we really trust their wisdom? Though the writing style is awkward, and the series is occasionally bogged down with Russian politics, there is enough profound and useful information to make the books hard to put down. I highly recommend reading them, even if only to expand your mind to entertain new possibilities and potentials.A more detailed review can be found here: https://web.archive.org/web/20140303231943/http://realitysan…Volume I “Anastasia”Volume II “Ringing Cedars of Russia”Volume III “The Dimension of Love”Volume IV “Co-creation”Volume V “Who are we?”Volume VI “The Family Book”Volume VII “The Energy of Life”Volume VIII “The New Civilization”Volume IX “The New Civilization Part II – Rites of Love”Volume X “Anasta”PaperbackPublisher: Ringing Cedars Press; 2nd edition (2008)ASIN: B001N92D2U
