He received his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Sciences and Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness – both from California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U). He is credentialed as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through NASM; Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA); and metabolic Technician through New Leaf Training Systems. Tony is fortunate to be able to share his passion and knowledge about health, fitness, and athletic performance with an array of aspiring and current fitness professionals as an educator for NASM and adjunct faculty in exercise science programs at both the university and community college level. He also has the opportunity to practice what he teaches. Training for over a decade and prepared with a variety of knowledge, Tony specializes in functional anatomy and biomechanics as they relate to corrective exercise and integrated fitness and sports performance programming; and works daily with clients ranging from post-rehabilitation and weight loss, to the professional athlete in Scottsdale, AZ.
