It is a reference to space between allowed expressions of matter, or the time lapse between events. By focusing on the Gap between events, thoughts, or expressions we can tap into the vast potential of the Quantum Realm.This simple guided process is designed to help you connect to the Gap while in a more outwardly active state, with your eyes open.
