There is also a 20 minute self-stretch workout which guides you through all the 16 stretches in the energy series. This workout is suitable for beginners even though the video is entitled Intermediate Stretches.Uploaders note: Cooley says some pretty out there woo woo kind of stuf throughout the stretches, but I just ignore that and focus on the program.  The ideas he presents as Resistance Stretching are very similar to Pavel’s “Relax into stretch” and “Resistance Stretching With Dara Torres” (I think Cooley taught the people who instructed Dara Torres in her video).
