Description

It blends familiar “Buns of Steel” body-sculpting with newer Pilates and balance routines (Tamilee was the original “Buns” star). While each segment focuses on a specific muscle group, they often double their effectiveness by working another body part at the same time (e.g. engaging your lower body as you tone your abs). The fast-paced buns segment is all-standing; it uses a step to precisely target your buttocks. The ab section is pure floorwork — classic bicycles, bridges and curls. The upper- body routines include balance and core exercises. Tamilee’s one-on-one cuing is clear and encouraging (“if you can’t go this high, that’s okay”). Each segment can be programmed to play in any order. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells. DVD includes a bonus all-standing yoga workout by Stacy McCarthy (e.g. warrior, triangle).
