Certainly every workout in that book will help fat loss, but I figured that the trainers within the top kettlebell community that are specifically focused on fat loss will be my best bet for losing a few pounds (few = 20-30).  Having only briefly flipped through this material, one thing that jumped out is that there are workouts designed for using two kettlebells, even if the KBs are different sizes.  I’ve seen 2 KB workouts other places, but the instructor used KBs of the same size.  It seemed like a waste to me to buy a second KB of the same size instead of having a variety of sizes.  Right now I have a light, a medium and a heavy (for me:  25, 40, 65 pounds) KB. This entire concept for System Six and smart easy fat loss workouts came from a conversation I had with Senior RKC and world famous coach Dan John. In fact, everything about long term fat loss for my clients clicked that day. In other words, I’m hella stoked Dan shared “Bus Bench” vs. “Park Bench” with me.
