Sue Heintze – Fit Family Food

Description

Released TODAY and already avaiable for my friends!!http://fitfamilyfood.com/Dear Fellow Mom,If you want to help your family look and perform their best, with recipes and meal plans that don’t force you to turn your entire life upside-down to eat healthy, then this is the information you’ve been waiting to hear.Because in a minute I’m going to reveal how you can prepare and serve them fit and healthy meals that they’ll not only eat, but LOVE, as soon as tonight’s dinner! As a mom, I know that cooking quick meals for your family that will keep them fit and healthy can be a real challenge.Frankly, a lot of supposed ‘healthy meals’ out there, look like dirt, chew like rubber and taste like cardboard. But healthy food CAN have a delightful and satisfying look and taste with every bite. And more than that, it can leave your family fit and BEGGING FOR SECOND HELPINGS!That’s why I created Fit Family Foods — your solution to the question:“I know how to cook for myself, but how do I create healthy recipes for the entire family that they’ll actually eat?”Fear not, my fellow mom.Because I’m going to reveal how to do just that. But first, I want to tell you how I got to this point.Hi, my name is Sue Heintze. I’m an international fitness coach and author. I’m also a Body Blitz Challenge winner from Australia’s Women’s Health and Fitness magazine. And since 2003 I have helped women and men all over the world achieve their fitness goals. But the best moment of my life came at the age of 41.That’s when I became a first-time mom. And my daughter Kyah is definitely the best thing to ever happen to me.If you’re anything like I was after having Kyah, I’m guessing you’ve looked EVERYWHERE for quick and healthy meals… that actually seem REALISTIC for your lifestyle.Maybe you’ve purchased a book or two.And if you’re like me… some of the pictures left you thinking”Umm… NO! Not even I — let alone my husband or daughter — would eat something that looked like THIS!”And I’ll bet you’ve tried cooking healthy meals for the family but it didn’t quite work out how you pictured it in your head.Odds are it took way too long to cook the meal, didn’t taste all that great and it left everyone wishing you had just served them last night’s leftovers.I’m a busy, stressed-out mom just like yourself, and I know what it’s like to help everyone else at home, work a full day, have activities at night and then have to look in the fridge and figure out what’s for dinner. But let me reassure you — even though most experts make it out to be rocket science — cooking fit family meals doesn’t have to be a struggle. In fact, it can be quite fun — especially when the kids get involved with the cooking! The bottom line is: You want to feed food you can be proud of, food you can feel good about. Food that actually helps your family stay fit, look great and feel even better. Food that isn’t boring but exciting with taste-bud blowing, off the charts flavor. You need meals and entire recipes that can be done fast, and able to be frozen for later use. Because let’s face it, you are busy and being pulled every which way. And… you need an easy fix for kids who are on to your not-so-sneaky healthy meal attempts! In just a moment, I’ll show you how to fix ALL of that. But there’s very important thing you need to understand —The Health Food IndustryHas Gone Waaayyyy  OVERBOARD!Here’s the thing…The Health Food craze has gotten completely out of control. The industry has gone way overboard with the whole organic, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, cut this, you absolutely can never have that, kind of mentality. And it’s driving busy, responsible moms — such as you and I — totally NUTS!There’s an overwhelming amount of advice you are receiving on a daily basis. But even after you sift through it all, the sad truth is that you are still being misled. And that’s because most of these health food products, programs and books are totally UNREALISTIC.And here’s a secret that you and I know… but most ‘experts’ don’t —Your kids are much smarter than these ‘experts’ give them credit for. They’re wise to your attempts at feeding them ‘healthy’ foods that they have ZERO interest in.You and I both know that nothing slips by their super-picky taste buds. And if they barely chew it up before scrunching their face in gross detest and spitting it back out then you are out of luck!Because, short of an ethical bribe or two, there’s no talking them into eating something that looks like dirt, chews like rubber and tastes like cardboard. No way. No how.Which is all the more reason you need recipes and meal plans that are not only healthy but also LOOK AND TASTE absolutely delicious — foods that easily pass for the everyday foods your family is already used to and loves.Whatever Happened to Moderation? There’s a big misperception out there by a lot of folks in the health and fitness industry. They seem to think that just because you want to make the switch to a healthier menu at home that you also want to DEPRIVE you and your family of so many of the foods you’re used to eating. What they fail to understand is that you don’t necessarily want to turn your whole life upside down to help your family become healthier. And yet, you are BOMBARDED with so much different information that they it’s hard for you to make sense of what’s good and what’s bad.And what ends up happening? With all the extreme dieting and cooking advice out there, it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to know what moderation is anymore. And that’s a real shame.Because moderation is a key to success. No matter what healthy changes you are trying to implement for you and your family, an extreme approach will never last. It’s no wonder we have such a tough time making healthy foods for our families. Many foods that are being marketed as healthy are really full of fillers that have millions of dollars behind them to push them on us.And the nutrition labels can be confusing and deceptive. So deceptive in fact that the American Government is pushing to have them changed to better reflect what is actually in the products! Why Almost Every Expert is WRONG About Cutting Out Grains And Dairy From Your DietGluten is a protein often found in products derived from wheat. You can find it in foods such as certain breads, oats, sauces, sticky rice, and pastas for example. And if you have celiac disease then you must avoid it. But this is the case for any person with any food allergy. If you are allergic to a food — remove it from your diet — whether it be gluten. Or dairy. Or carrots. Or walnuts. But a problem arises when ‘experts’ make blanket recommendations based on a small percentage of people. And what’s becoming more apparent is the fact that the popularity of non-celiac gluten sensitivity seems heavily driven by FEAR and business interests — not quality scientific research.Yet, recent research out of my home country, Australia, reveals that gluten has actually been given a bad name. The one expert who helped give gluten a badname is now CHANGING HIS MIND!Several years ago, Peter Gibson a professor of gastroenterology at Monash University, published a study that found gluten to cause gastrointestinal distress in patients without celiac disease. But in his most recent study1, he states that,“In contrast to our first study… we could find absolutely no specific response to gluten.”Jessica Biesiekierski, a leading researcher into the effects of gluten, reveals that if you don’t have celiac disease but are still experiencing its symptoms after eating gluten-containing foods, your problems may result from fermentable, poorly absorbed, short-chain carbohydrates, NOT GLUTEN sensitivity. What’s more is that gluten-free diets can be deficient in fiber and a host of other vitamins and minerals. So if you’re trying your best to cut grains and gluten out of your family’s diet, you need to go back and ask yourself why you are driving yourself nuts over these dry and bland substance-free foods. The slander on dairy is no different. So don’t be too quick to eliminate it from your diet. I tried once due to media pressure and it made me miserable!Clinical evidence indicates that increased dairy consumption is consistently associated with lower rates of osteoporosis and better bone health. And research has shown that several components in whey protein work together to improve your immune system. And then there’s this…Scientists at the Harvard School of Public Health have identified a natural substance in dairy fat that may substantially reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes. The compound, trans-palmitoleic acid, is a fatty acid found in milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter. It is not produced by the body and so only comes from the diet. The Annals of Internal Medicine study revealed that people with the highest trans-palmitoleate levels had 1/3 the risk of developing diabetes over the three years volunteers were followed.Studies like this support the idea that implementing full-fat dairy products into your diet can be VERY beneficial. For ages, Dairy has been a powerful food. And it cannot only help to create fantastic health… but also delicious meals.Eating ‘healthy’ while constantly eating in FEAR of putting the wrong things in your mouth — for the wrong reasons, mind you — is no way to live. With Fit Family Foods I’ll show you how to make recipes with and without these “taboo” ingredients and still create vibrant health for you and your family. This is NOT ‘Extreme’ Nutrition…Fit Family Foods Is An Easy And Stress-Free WayTo Move From An Unhealthy Lifestyle To A Healthier OneThat Also Burns Fat & Keeps Your Whole Family Slim!Every meal is based on my own experience as a personal fitness coach and hours of research to provide ingredients that help your family get fit and in the best shape of their lives.
