I attended a joint mobility & flexability seminar with Steve & Pavel last Oct. (I know them from training w/ Pavel since 2000 & Steve from RKC) I perform a combination of Pavel’s flexability/stretching & Steve’s Joint Mobility since I’ve been doing this I noticed very quickly changes in my spine & neck (neck broken 2x back broken once) I started getting much better range of movement & it was progressive! & it kept going – better neck/spine = better shoulder = better chest… it’s trickle down flexability!
