Its goes with his book, but I do not recommend  you read the book he wrote.  Instead get “Aura, Ki, and Healing, 2002 Edition” by Shojiro Sugiyama. That is the best title out there.This DVD shows some different Kikou exercises that you may or may not have seen before, depending on your exposure to Eastern breathing training.He (Blum) seems a bit like a weirdo but the movements he shows are correct and useful.This is Ki Healing too so he gives the basics on how to work and change the Ki energy into another to aid them. Do not give your power tho- make sure its a surcharge of Ki you get from the moves so that you will not feel depleted afterward.All in all this DVD is okay. It has a few great moves that I love to exercise using, a quick recharge.
