The first track (29:14)  is a recording of a life seminar with Richard Bandler where he does a trance. I would describe its main theme as ‘destroying approach anxiety’. The second track (30:19) is music only. This track is frequently played in Bandler/LaValle seminars and is a great background music for doing trance inductions, live or recorded. The seminar is several years prior 2000 (based on what Bandler says there).
