Love Yourself Into Life is the first of a series of volumeswhich collectively will present the scope of the teachings of anentity  identified as  composed entirely of verbatim  transcriptions of tape-recordedpublic and private audiences conducted by Ramtha between 1979and 1983.  Ramtha does not appear in bodily form at theseaudiences, but instead named J. Z. Knight who functions as a Ramtha can communicate his The primary purpose of this and future volumes is to facilitatean understanding of these spoken teachings while at the same timprovide accurate, verifiable transcriptions of them.  Thus, this boois designed to function both as The teachings presented in public audiences, and reflected inthis book, are of two types.  The first is a general teachingpresented to the audience as a whole in the form of an address or aa teaching on a select topic.  The second, and more common, is aspontaneous and directed teaching to a particular member of theaudience in response to his or her question or on a basis.
