Description

A tough aero/tone interval workout with fast moves and quick transitions. Patrick’s inventiveness makes it unique. His combos simply have no limits — a single series may go from standing, to lying, to lunging, to jumping … to crab walks and “Turkish get ups.” Even within each sequence, Patrick often adds an innovative twist (e.g. an upper-body move or a diagonal rotation). The result: it’s creative and fun without being “dancy.” You get five complete circuits. Each one includes aerobics and toning, plus a high-impact cardio burst (e.g. 90 seconds of “star jumps” or “tuck jumps”). As always, Patrick’s enthusiasm and energy is contagious. DVD also includes a bonus 10-minute abs workout. Requires two sets of dumbbells (e.g. 5 lb. and 10 lb.)
