Monroe this book is in a different class…Why??? Here are some pointers:§ The AP’s that are in the book are unbelievably detailed. They seem so real and so long that you think the author is describing something from the real world.(AP = Astral Projection)§ The Exercises do work – as long as u do put the time required for them. They are not so easy either, and are very frustrating to say the least. I personally tried them and it took about a month and two weeks to get somewhere.§ Some of the written APs are so crazy it’s just like amazing to read them.
