It has been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starting at 10.5 Hz ramps down to 5.6 Hz over 14 minutes. A short rise to 7.7 Hz over the next 6 minutes before ramping down to 3.2 Hz over the next 10 minutes. Then ramps up for the remainder of the session ending at 13.5 HzThere is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
