They have been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starting at 18 Hz ramps down to 4 Hz over 11 minutes then up to 24 Hz and back down to 4 Hz over 5 minutes and then a ramp up to 28 Hz. Then ramps down to 8 Hz before ramping up again and ending at 12 Hz.
