They have been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starts at 16 Hz and ramps down to 7 Hz over 3 minutes. Then a ramp up to 10 Hz over 6 minutes. Then a ramp down to 5 Hz over 3 minutes. Then a ramp up to 15 Hz over 3 minutes. Then a ramp down to 10 Hz over 3 minutes and finally a ramp up to 20 Hz over the last 4 minutes. Both sessions are the same in terms of Hz but each one has a different duty cycle. Duty cycle is the part of the total cycle time that pulsed stimulation is on, expressed as a percentage.Energizer 1 = Duty Cycle 50%Energizer 2 = Duty Cycle 30% – 60%Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
