Even though I haven’t seen the entire DVD yet, I have to say that this DVD is one of the best instructionals I’ve ever purchased. Instruction: Jeff’s instruction is very clear and concise. It’s nice to get this kind of high level instruction from a native English spearker, it’s quite refreshing. The techniques Jeff domonstrates are great and I know I can add them to my game. I’ve always enjoyed the half guard so this will definitly add a whole new dimension. Sweeping from the deep half seems really easy once you get there and Jeff certainly shows a lot of great ways to catch your opponent off guard to get into the deep half. Jeff also gets into a lot of other things like back attacks and darces. I’ll stick with the half guard stuff for now since that’s where I need the most work. Just browsing the 2 dics, I found a lot of bonus footage. There’s at least 10 full fights, bonus techniques and other great stuff. All in all, this DVD set was well worth the money..
