There really are a huge variety of different exercises. For example: Abs & Back. You get Pilates planks, gym-style crunches and physical-therapy back stretches, plus lots of gentle yoga moves (e.g. cat’s pose, child’s pose). Other sections use techniques ranging from classic dumbbell toning to gentle guided meditations (“feel the tension leaving your body”). Jane’s cuing is supportive, friendly and exceptionally thorough; you’ll always know exactly what to do. 1 to 5 lb. dumbbells are suggested.
