Description

TPclick ONLY! It’s Ours! ALL OURS!NOTE: I placed this product under the “Fitness” heading. That was my judgment call due to the fact that I regard this practice as a form of Chi Kung. The DVDs show the move sets which are to be practiced both for the health benefits of the exercise as well as the fact that they have martial applications. The fighting applications (of the traditional Chinese style) are shown as well; that takes up half the presentation time. I did not categorize this as a “Fighting” DVD but as a “Fitness” one since the fitness side is more accessible and is really why I enjoy and do this practice. I think more ppl will relate to this teaching as such (fitness) then to it as a fighting drill/fighting ‘how to’ course. Marketing Copy:Quote:Tien Gunn, meaning “Celestial stem” is an ancient and rarely taught series of exercises for health and self-defense. These exercises are derived from the legendary internal styles of Pa Kua and Hsing-I.  The human body or “celestial stem becomes strong and flexible, the circulation of chi and blood is increased, and a powerful root connection to the earth is established by this practice. These is some great moment sets to really work your lower spine, hips and pelvis. This is a grounding Chi Kung. Very direct to practice and the movements are not overly complex in the least. This can be added into to other fitness workouts or other Chi Kung styles/practices. While not a sexual Chi Kung of itself… It has good results when used in conjunction to other sexual Yoga methods. It is an awesome supplement to incorporate in. It is lower body focused after all.  As for the fighting side… That was not really my objective with this teaching. As with most traditional marital arts: You are expected to have focus and marital intent and drill, drill, drill, drill etc. The applications are shown clearly. No real fight nor attack ever happens in perfect textbook/instruction format IRL however. The methods of attack and counter attack are laid out tho. As with many movements of the Chinese healing arts (Tai Chi in the most popular sense), what is used for building health often has a ‘hidden’ and secondary method of combat applications within the moves being done over and over and over for normal exercise. Whatever… If you want that ‘bonus’ I guess u will get it here with Tien Gunn. If you want to add in another core (done standing upright tho) workout sequence to how you exercise: Check out the Tien Gunn move sets. They are fun to do and can deliver benefit in a short time. As with all Chi Kung- the longer u do the moves, the more benefit you gain in time.Link:http://www.littlenineheaven.com/tien_gunn_dvd_dp.htmlAll can DL now. Enjoy!
