The pushup segments are the most challenging and unique. With three sets of 10 pushups in each set, the variations include “cobra pushups,” “reverse cobra pushups” and “spider pushups”. The slightly easier ab sections are more traditional (e.g. crunches, oblique twists, reverse curls). Excellent transitions and superb form.
