HAMS stands for Harm reduction, Abstinance and Moderation Support… which is a support group organization which is a more rational alternative to AA. This is 168 episodes, and a pretty BIG product! But it saves anybody from having to manually save each one and naming them. The original filenames were inconsistent. I organized them into folders by year and gave them consistent filenames and put the episode “name” in the filename of each episode.This series interviews experts in the addictions field, with a focus on evidence-based, cutting-edge approaches to substance abuse problems such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), pharmacotherapy, harm reduction, and many, many more.
