O’Keefe, MD, FACC, is Director of Preventive Cardiology at the Mid America Heart Institute, and Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  Dr. O’Keefe has contributed more than 200 articles to the medical literature and has authored numerous books on cardiovascular medicine. Dr. O’Keefe is founder and Chief Medical Officer of CardioTabs, a cardiovascular nutraceutical corporation. He lectures extensively on the role of therapeutic lifestyle changes and drug therapy in cardiovascular risk reduction. Wild Fitness with Tara WoodTara Wood is the founder of Wildfitness and it’s overall programme design. While with the University of Wisconsin, Steve assisted with Big-Ten and National Championship efforts in Hockey, Soccer, Cross-Country, Tennis, and Rowing. He has had the opportunity to work with the Chicago White Sox, the San Jose Sharks,  the Tampa Bay Mutiny, and assist with seminars and presentations on athletic performance.  Steve has also worked with physical education programs throughout the United States.  He is currently the manager of Beacon Athletics in Middleton, Wisconsin.    Parkour in the World with Vincent ThibaultVincent Thibault is the cofounder of the Académie québécoise d’art du déplacement (Quebec Parkour Academy) and the first Quebecer to be a certified instructor in the discipline, for which he trained in France and the United States. He is in close contact with some of the world authorities in parkour, also called freerunning, and is the author of a two collections of short stories, two novels, and two books on philosophy and spirituality.  Disease Proofing with David KatzDavid L.
