All based on range of motion and body weight drills. It does not look like much but it can deliver a decent workout session. For what it is- it delivers a nice core reinforcement work out and okay leg development. You still need to do your hanging leg raises (on a pull up bar) and some power squats- but this works on balance and limb extension and is very solid overall. No whining that this is for  ‘just fags’ and the like… Its for (straight) men and women and is useful. Give it a go if you like.
