Originally released in the 90’s on VHS and “As Seen On TV”, the 8 Minute Workout series received a good deal of publicity and popularity throughout the world.The exercises are easy to do, and really do only take 8 minutes for any given one of them. They’re primarily for body sculpting and weight loss, using either no free weights or light free weights, but adding heavier free weights to the exercises can add muscle as well if that’s your aim.8 Minutes is enough time to work up a good burn, and you’ll find the fast-paced nature of the exercises will be hard at first. The regimen is supposed to last at least 6 weeks of every day workout to sculpt your body and lose weight or gain muscle. After that, it can be maintained or modified at your discretion. You’ll probably pick up some exercises you’ve never thought to try before as well.On a personal note, when this first came out I was in high school and used the 8 minute ab routine to get a six pack that I maintain to this day, using near identical exercises as I learned so many years ago.Enjoy
