I bought this book for a friend who borrowed mine and didn’t bring it back for 3 years., February 14, 2010By Word “Word” (Word) I finally reminded him and he claimed to have lost it. But, 2 weeks later he found it and I promised to find him one on the Internet (Charlie don’t surf).What I like about this book:1- The inclusion of studies from around the world. People in the US somehow act like the only valid medical and scientific studies ever done are in the US. We are either too lazy or to Amero-centric (to coin a really ugly phrase) to consider that other countries have scientists and facilities that do good work.2- It allows me to manage my own health, because damn, it’s obvious nobody else has any interest unless they can be absolute vultures and profit from my sickness and injury (yes, I’m talking to you insurance companies, corporate shareholders and lilly-livered doctors – grow a pair why don’t ‘cha?)Buy it, read it, believe it or don’t. I don’t care. It works for me and mine. Please contribute back by OCRing *and* Spellchecking/Proofreading (!) this book. I recommend ABBYY Finereader 10 for doing this work in a relatively easy way. There are other applications as well. The important thing is to spellcheck and correct any mistakes the automatic software run did – often people just run automatic conversion and upload here a pdf that has many mistakes and/or can’t be converted to other digital formats.  If you start to do the process please leave a comment here so the effort won’t be duplicated by others.
