A non-stop series of twists, pivots and reverses (with no tiresome “taps”). You’re sure to be energized by this uniquely challenging and boredom-busting technique (it’s definitely complex but not “dancy”). Deirdre Morris starts with a classic step movement. Then she adds in layer after layer of spin-based choreography (e.g. a “double stomp” becomes a “spin double stomp;” a “walk off” becomes a “reverse turn walk off”). One short segment even uses two steps placed end-to-end and requires lots of space (but it also works with just one step).
