Description

I found this on demonoid http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/2027041/868185/ and took the description from amazon.I found this to be very similar to the Sedona Method/Release Technique and beneficial in how he describes dissolving and instructions for ‘letting go’ postures.Although the body/mind are one I think the programs deal with energy in the body in different ways.  Sedona method doesn’t address stuck energy as much as just repeating the processes until the issue is released.  Release technique has you visualize energy releasing from stomach area.  The MC2 technique has us address bodily energies as entities whom we can accept, thank, and release.  The Tao of Letting Go is much more ancient, and as you can guess informed by Lao Tzu, the Tao Te Ching, and Taoism practice.  This program focuses on establishing postures and breathing techniques to open up the body for maximum energy flow.  Then we can learn to identify blocks and dissolve them.  It then identifies the primary obstacles on which we can release to reveal more of the ground energy of our being. If anything listening to the perspectives on discs 4, 5 and 6 gives the listener lots of great material to then apply the other methods.  Such as greed, fear, confusion, anger, loss, expectancy, anxiety, and pain.Enjoy.———Product DescriptionLet Go to Reclaim Your Inner LifeListen to this 6-CD set to learn powerful methods to let go of your tension, fear, anger, and pain.
