In doing so, it gets the main points across more clearly. It tells the story of Joe and Nellie, as they transform their business and fulfill their dreams. Being written as a story more than just as a set of steps to follows helps the reader to envision his or her own business in place of Joe and Nellie’s. The reader is able to imagine from start to finish what improvements might be made in his or her own business. As I was reading, I would often stop to jot down notes about how I could implement these steps in my own business. I’ve been working extremely hard to keep my small business going.
