Related to this product have spent some time editing the audios to just cut the tappings and guided meditations by themselves so I can use them without listening to a whole hour audio.I have listened to the full audios several times and now I plan to just use these to do the EFT from them and the guided meditations.Hope you guys get something from it also.I didn’t do the interview audio because there is no EFT in it.
