Hey guys this is a documentary I’ve been wanting to upload a while. It’s about a group of American teenagers who are preparing for a bodybuilding contest. It goes through what it takes for their preparations to be ready for the contest and shows them training, dieting, how their friends and families deal with it as well their girlfriends. It’s a British documentary that was shown on TV and I thought the guys on here would find it useful as it does deal with the issues teenage bodybuilders go through and knowing there are heaps of guys on here who are into improving themselves physically as well as mentally it seemed to be worth uploading.The screenshots show the video is of a good quality and the audio is good as well.There are German subtitles but the audio is in English.
