This is an mp3 file I made myself containing bilateral sound, which simply means a sound being given in a left-right-left-right way. I have found that there are many (expensive) EMDR software programs and several audio sessions with added music and a voice guiding the session, but not simply a left-right sound file. So I made one myself.This is one mp3 file, 4,88 MB and it runs for little over 2 minutes.
