We’re going to flow, move and organically, work up a sweat, and most of all have fun!Anna Hanson is a fantastic vinyasa flow yoga teacher. Her charisma and presence in each class is easily enjoyed as she guides you through each flowing class. She has studied under Rudy Mettia and Travis Elliot and has developed a her own unique style and poise as a teacher. Anna teaches locally in Santa Monica and is a great mentor and friend.
