Well, with this product I have created a very effective self hypnosis induction track by combining a nicely cleaned up self hypnosis training induction from Igor Ledochowski’s The Power of Self Hypnosis Course with an Alpha/Theta track from Kelly Howell’s Brainsync CDs. I have added some nicely spacialized rain and a one beat per second heartbeat to really trance you out.I used this when I was working through Igor’s self hypnosis course because I personally thought that the audio production value of his induction left much to be desired. Trust me, this version is far superior. Because this track uses a Brainsync audio background, headphones are required. It sounds so good that you’ll actually enjoy using it for the recommended 30day conditioning cycle. It is recommended that this be used with Igor Ledochowski’s Power of Self Hypnosis Course available here at The Place () but the choice is yours.I have also included the Brainsync background music/rain as a seperate FLAC for the times you would like to practice self-hypnosis on your own.
