It is only about 40 mins but is one of the better on the market when it comes to lower (and upper body- you need that as well) body training to increase one’s flexibility. Stacey draws from a martial arts background as well as from moves learned in other athletic practices. She coaches combat athletes in how to be more flexible and in better shape overall. The information is of value to anyone who wants to improve in flexibility tho. The Extreme Flexibility DVD is just what is says. I cannot yet get to the level that she has the ppl in the DVD at. More to work on… LOL! She has a world ranked wrestler and rhythmic gymnast on that DVD so I do not feel that bad that I am not to their level of conditioning… That DVD is a bit over an hour.There is some GREAT advice and little hints that I have found to be of real assistance to me. I could do the splits be4- this lets me do them better and also helps me work at getting more flexible.
