This is a DVD rip from a German version of the Mens Health magazine Power Workout.  I downloaded this from a private Russian product site.  The videos are good quality, and the fact that it is in German does not matter much as most of the videos are about showing positions and exercises.There is a youtube preview here (posted by a German guy!).  If you have any English versions of the other Mens Health videos and trainer programs I would be interested to know.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09F_9ZYQEK4
