Review from easycinema.com:EXCELLENT DVD!! priniples,strategies all easily explained & demonstrated by a very compotent martial artist. loved it so much i went & purchased it so that i could study the techniques etc. this is nothing to do with weapons at all & shows some very good moves etc which are great for close distance fighting. i`m a karateman & can easily adapt info shown & adapt it to karate principles etc as well as do it as its meant to be done. really enjoyed it & look forwards to practising & teaching this subject in JKD & karate fashion.if you want to learn good pragmatic no nonsense fighting techniques you should view this asap. not for beginners cos you will have to have some martial artist training to grasp what is shown/discussed & i don`t mean competition ‘players’.
